By accessing and using RequestCue, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

RequestCue is a web-based application that allows DJs to accept, manage, and track song requests from guests in real-time. The service is currently provided as a beta test.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to use the service for its intended purpose and not for any illegal or unauthorized activities.

4. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. RequestCue and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

5. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice at any time.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with standard international law, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
